Is the Bambu Lab P2S genuine Australian stock?
Yes. Every Bambu Lab P2S we sell is genuine Australian stock held in our Sydney warehouse — not a grey import. 3D BRO is a certified Bambu Lab reseller in Australia.
What warranty and support do I get?
A 12-month national warranty, handled locally. 3D BRO is one of the first officially authorised Bambu Lab service and repair centres in Australia (authorised January 2026), so warranty work and technical help happen in Sydney, not overseas. Phone support: (02) 9772 4315, Mon–Fri 9:30am–5pm.
Can I pick it up in Sydney?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout to collect from our Regents Park, Sydney warehouse and skip the courier fee. We email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.
How is a printer shipped?
In-stock printers are usually dispatched within 1 business day from our Regents Park, Sydney warehouse by tracked courier (Direct Freight, TOLL or Allied Express). Printers are not included in free shipping: delivery is $15 per printer within the Sydney area and $30 per printer to the rest of Australia. You receive a tracking number by email once it leaves the warehouse. Please inspect the carton on arrival and contact us within 24 hours if anything is damaged.
Which filament should I use with it?
Any standard 1.75 mm filament. Most of our Bambu Lab P2S customers add BIQU PLA Go — our Mix & Match offer gives bulk pricing on 10 or more rolls, and it ships with the printer. See Mix & Match

What the P2S changes versus the P1S
The P2S keeps the P1S build volume and price bracket and upgrades the parts that limited it. Four changes matter in practice:
- Hardened steel nozzle as standard. Carbon- and glass-fibre reinforced filaments — PLA-CF, PETG-CF, PA6-CF, PAHT-CF, PPA-CF, PET-CF — are on the supported list. On the P1S they are not recommended.
- DynaSense servo extruder. Roughly 70% more extrusion force with eddy-current flow sensing, which is what lets it push filament reliably at higher speed.
- Active chamber airflow. The P2S manages chamber temperature by moving air — trapping warm air for ABS and ASA, flushing cool air through for PLA — so you can leave the door closed for every material instead of opening it for PLA.
- A real screen and camera. A 5-inch colour touchscreen replaces the 2.7-inch monochrome LCD, and a 1080p 30 fps camera with AI spaghetti and foreign-object detection replaces the 720p 0.5 fps chamber camera.
It is also faster — 600 mm/s against 500 — and the bed runs to 110°C rather than 100°C.
What it does not do
The chamber is not actively heated. Airflow management is not the same thing as a heating element: for very large ABS parts or high-temperature engineering materials, the actively heated 65°C chamber on the H2S or H2D is a genuine step up. There is also no wired Ethernet on the P2S.
Who should choose the P2S
- Choose the P2S if you want a compact enclosed printer that can run fibre-reinforced filaments, or if the touchscreen and AI failure detection are worth the difference over a P1S.
- Choose the P2S Combo if you want the AMS 2 Pro included for four-colour printing and filament drying.
- Choose the P1S if you print PLA, PETG and ABS only and want the lower price.
- Choose an H-series machine if you need a build volume past 256 mm or a genuinely heated chamber.

Frequently asked questions
Can the P2S print carbon fibre filament?
Yes. The stock nozzle is hardened steel and fibre-reinforced grades including PLA-CF, PETG-CF, PA6-CF, PAHT-CF and PET-CF are on the supported list. This is the main capability difference from the P1S.
Is the P2S chamber heated?
Not actively. It manages chamber temperature by controlling airflow — holding warm air in for ABS and ASA, flushing cooler air through for PLA — which means the door can stay shut for every material. An actively heated chamber is an H-series feature.
Is the P2S worth the extra over a P1S?
If you want fibre-reinforced materials, or you print unattended and want AI failure detection, yes. If you print PLA and PETG and occasionally ABS, the P1S does the same job for less.
Does the P2S work with my existing AMS?
It is designed around the AMS 2 Pro and AMS HT. If you are moving from an older setup, contact us and we will confirm compatibility for your specific units before you order.
