Shipping Rates (Australia)
- Orders of $99 or more: free standard shipping (3D printers excluded, see below).
- Orders under $99: $10 flat rate.
- 3D printers: $15 per printer to the Sydney area, $30 per printer to the rest of Australia. Printers are not included in free shipping and do not count toward the $99 threshold. Other items in the same order are charged, or shipped free, under the rules above.
- Remote-area surcharge: $10 per order when the order contains BIQU PLA filament and is delivered to a remote area. It is charged once per order, regardless of how many rolls or boxes you buy.
The $99 threshold is based on the value of the non-printer items in your order, after all discounts have been applied.
Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout, after you enter your delivery address and before you pay.
Sydney Area
The Sydney area follows Australia Post's Sydney metropolitan zone. It includes the Central Coast, the Blue Mountains and Wollongong.
Remote Areas
The remote-area surcharge applies to the Northern Territory; most of regional and remote Western Australia outside the Perth metropolitan area; parts of Central Queensland and North, Far North and Western Queensland, including Gladstone, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns and Mount Isa; regional and remote South Australia, including Mount Gambier, Port Lincoln, Whyalla and Port Augusta; and postcode 2713 in New South Wales. If your postcode is affected, the surcharge appears at checkout.
Transportation to remote regions may cause a delay of 1-2 days in the delivery of your order.
Order Tracking Information
You will receive a notice of shipment email with tracking information upon the shipment of your order.
You may also track your order in your order history in the account center.
It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
Shipment Carriers
Our current primary shipping carrier are Australia Post, Direct Freight, TOLL and Allied Express Transport.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Refused Shipments
If you refuse the package to have your order returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Delivery and Inspection
As our printers are high-value items, please monitor the delivery schedule. In case you are not at home during the delivery window, we recommend contacting the courier in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time to ensure you are available to receive the package successfully.
Once you (or someone else on your behalf) collect the item, Bambu Lab will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video. If you notice any damage to the packaging, items are missing or damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours after you receive the package so that we can resolve the problem immediately.
