How quickly can you produce a 3D printed order?
Lead time depends on file readiness, geometry, material, finishing, quantity and the current production queue. Qualifying urgent jobs can start on the day of approval and may be delivered the following day. We confirm timing with the quote rather than applying one promise to every job.
Which 3D model and drawing formats can I send?
STL, 3MF, STEP, OBJ and common CAD or drawing formats are useful starting points. STEP or native CAD data is preferred when dimensions or design changes matter. If you do not have a model, our 3D modelling or scanning service can help create one.
Can you handle one-off prototypes and small production batches?
Yes. The service is designed for one-off prototypes, first articles and repeatable small-batch production. We review part size, print time, material and finishing so the fleet can be scheduled efficiently.
What accuracy and tolerances can you achieve?
Achievable tolerance depends on the process, material, orientation, geometry and the dimensions being measured. Identify critical fits or dimensions in your enquiry and we will confirm a realistic production and inspection approach before work begins.
Which 3D printing materials are available?
Our material coverage includes PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PC, PET, PA, PPA, PPS and related reinforced or specialist variants. Availability and suitability are confirmed against the application, colour, finish and deadline.
Do you only serve customers in Sydney?
