Questions about buying the Bambu Lab H2S Laser Full Combo 10W in Australia
Is the Bambu Lab H2S Laser Full Combo 10W genuine Australian stock?

Yes. Every Bambu Lab H2S Laser Full Combo 10W we sell is genuine Australian stock held in our Sydney warehouse — not a grey import. 3D BRO is a certified Bambu Lab reseller in Australia.

What warranty and support do I get?

A 12-month national warranty, handled locally. 3D BRO is one of the first officially authorised Bambu Lab service and repair centres in Australia (authorised January 2026), so warranty work and technical help happen in Sydney, not overseas. Phone support: (02) 9772 4315, Mon–Fri 9:30am–5pm.

Can I pick it up in Sydney?

Yes. Choose pickup at checkout to collect from our Regents Park, Sydney warehouse and skip the courier fee. We email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

How is a printer shipped?

In-stock printers are usually dispatched within 1 business day from our Regents Park, Sydney warehouse by tracked courier (Direct Freight, TOLL or Allied Express). Shipping is calculated at checkout — printers and AMS units are excluded from the free-shipping offer. You receive a tracking number by email once it leaves the warehouse. Please inspect the carton on arrival and contact us within 24 hours if anything is damaged.

Which filament should I use with it?

Any standard 1.75 mm filament. Most of our Bambu Lab H2S Laser Full Combo 10W customers add BIQU PLA Go — our Mix & Match offer gives bulk pricing on 10 or more rolls, and it ships with the printer. See Mix & Match

Is 3D BRO an authorised Bambu Lab reseller?

Yes. 3D BRO PTY LTD is a certified Bambu Lab reseller and an officially authorised service and repair centre in Australia, supporting education, business and consumer customers with local knowledge and after-sales service.

The Bambu Lab H2S Laser Full Combo 10W is the H2S Laser Edition with the 10 W laser module, the blade cutting module and an AMS 2 Pro — a large-format enclosed 3D printer, a laser engraver and cutter, and an automatic multi-colour system in one machine.

Bought from 3D BRO — a Bambu Lab authorised reseller and Australia's authorised service centre — with local warranty assistance and technical support from our Sydney team.

What the 10W laser is good at

Ten watts is an engraving-first module. It marks wood, leather, anodised aluminium, card and painted surfaces cleanly at up to 400 mm/s over a 310 × 260 mm area, and it will cut basswood plywood up to 5 mm. If your work is signage, personalisation, badges, packaging prototypes and light cutting, this is the right module.

If you need to cut thicker stock as a production step, the 40 W module on the H2D Laser Full Combo goes to 15 mm basswood at up to 1000 mm/s. That is the honest dividing line between the two — not print quality, which is unaffected either way.

The separate blade cutting module handles what a laser should not: vinyl, sticker stock and card, with blade pressure adjustable from 50 to 600 gf, and it takes a pen holder for plotting.

Still a full large-format 3D printer

The printing side is unchanged: a 340 × 320 × 340 mm build volume — the largest single-nozzle volume in the H2 family — with a 350°C hardened steel nozzle over a 120°C bed inside an actively heated 65°C chamber. That combination is what lets ABS, ASA, PC, PA and fibre-reinforced materials print at full height without warping. The included AMS 2 Pro adds four filament slots with drying.

Safety and ventilation

The laser module is Class 4; the machine operates as a Class 1 system while the enclosure, door sensor and laser-safe window are intact and working. A safety key and emergency stop button are included, and a ventilation pipe is supplied. Laser work produces smoke and fumes: the machine has a built-in air pump and multi-stage filtration, but it should still be vented outdoors or into suitable extraction rather than run in a closed room. If you would like advice on the install for your space, contact our Sydney team before ordering.

Frequently asked questions

What can the 10W laser cut?

Bambu Lab rates it to 5 mm in basswood plywood. Actual results vary with the material, its density and moisture content, and the number of passes. For thicker cutting, the 40 W H2D Laser Full Combo is the machine to look at.

Should I buy the 10W or the 40W?

Buy the 10 W if you are mostly engraving and marking, with occasional thin cutting. Buy the 40 W if cutting is a production step and thickness or throughput is the constraint. Both print identically well.

Does it need ventilation?

Yes. It has a built-in air pump and filtration and ships with a ventilation pipe, but laser work should be vented outdoors or into suitable extraction.

Can I use it purely as a 3D printer?

Yes. The laser and cutting modules are removable; with the print toolhead fitted it behaves as a standard H2S.

Do you support this machine in Australia?

Yes. 3D BRO is a Bambu Lab authorised reseller and an authorised service and repair centre, with technical support and warranty assistance handled locally from Regents Park, Sydney.
