Questions about buying the Bambu Lab H2D Pro Professional Dual-Nozzle in Australia
Is the Bambu Lab H2D Pro Professional Dual-Nozzle genuine Australian stock?

Yes. Every Bambu Lab H2D Pro Professional Dual-Nozzle we sell is genuine Australian stock held in our Sydney warehouse — not a grey import. 3D BRO is a certified Bambu Lab reseller in Australia.

What warranty and support do I get?

A 12-month national warranty, handled locally. 3D BRO is one of the first officially authorised Bambu Lab service and repair centres in Australia (authorised January 2026), so warranty work and technical help happen in Sydney, not overseas. Phone support: (02) 9772 4315, Mon–Fri 9:30am–5pm.

Can I pick it up in Sydney?

Yes. Choose pickup at checkout to collect from our Regents Park, Sydney warehouse and skip the courier fee. We email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

How is a printer shipped?

In-stock printers are usually dispatched within 1 business day from our Regents Park, Sydney warehouse by tracked courier (Direct Freight, TOLL or Allied Express). Shipping is calculated at checkout — printers and AMS units are excluded from the free-shipping offer. You receive a tracking number by email once it leaves the warehouse. Please inspect the carton on arrival and contact us within 24 hours if anything is damaged.

Which filament should I use with it?

Any standard 1.75 mm filament. Most of our Bambu Lab H2D Pro Professional Dual-Nozzle customers add BIQU PLA Go — our Mix & Match offer gives bulk pricing on 10 or more rolls, and it ships with the printer. See Mix & Match

Is 3D BRO an authorised Bambu Lab reseller?

Yes. 3D BRO PTY LTD is a certified Bambu Lab reseller and an officially authorised service and repair centre in Australia, supporting education, business and consumer customers with local knowledge and after-sales service.

The Bambu Lab H2D Pro is a professional dual-nozzle 3D printer built for secure, repeatable production in managed IT environments. It shares the H2D print platform — 350 °C nozzles, 65 °C active chamber heating, 120 °C heatbed and the same build volume — and adds tungsten-carbide nozzles, an included Vision Encoder, enterprise network controls and a high-temperature accessory bundle.

Designed for policy-controlled networks, the H2D Pro adds RJ45 Ethernet, WPA2-Enterprise (802.1X) authentication, a removable network module and hardware kill switches for Wi-Fi and Ethernet, supporting air-gapped and high-trust deployments.

Sold and supported by 3D BRO, a certified Bambu Lab reseller and one of the first officially authorised Bambu Lab service and repair centres in Australia.

H2D Pro vs H2D — what actually differs

The H2D Pro is not a faster or hotter printer than the standard H2D. Bambu Lab's published specifications for the two machines are identical on build volume, nozzle temperature, chamber heating, heatbed temperature and air filtration. What you are paying for is nozzle material, precision hardware, enterprise networking and the bundled accessories.

Feature H2D Pro H2D Why it matters
Nozzle material Tungsten carbide dual nozzles Hardened steel dual nozzles Longer nozzle life with abrasive fibre-reinforced filaments
Vision Encoder Included Sold separately Supports 50 µm motion accuracy for repeatable dimensional precision
Network security WPA2-Enterprise (802.1X), RJ45 Ethernet, removable network module, hardware kill switches Wi-Fi Meets enterprise IT policy and air-gapped deployment requirements
Enterprise integration support Included — Bambu Lab support for custom fleet management and IT integration Not included Relevant for large multi-printer deployments
Included accessories AMS 2 Pro + AMS HT + Vision Encoder plate + emergency stop button Varies by bundle Ready for multi-material, high-temperature and high-precision workflows out of the box

Identical on both machines

These are not reasons to choose the Pro. Bambu Lab lists the same figures for the standard H2D:

  • Build volume — 325 × 320 × 325 mm single nozzle, 300 × 320 × 325 mm dual nozzle
  • Max nozzle temperature — 350 °C
  • Active chamber heating — supported, up to 65 °C
  • Max heatbed temperature — 120 °C
  • Max toolhead speed — 1000 mm/s
  • Air filtration — G3 pre-filter, H12 HEPA, activated carbon (granulated coconut shell)

  • Precision motion — the included Vision Encoder supports 50 µm motion accuracy across the build area.
  • Secure connectivity — WPA2-Enterprise, 802.1X, Ethernet, removable network module and hardware kill switches.
  • Industrial filtration — multi-stage G3 pre-filter, H12 HEPA and activated carbon for particulate and VOC control.
  • Operational safety — emergency stop button, enclosed build chamber and power-loss recovery.

Should you buy the Pro?

Choose the H2D Pro if your IT department requires 802.1X or wired networking, if you run abrasive filaments continuously and want tungsten-carbide nozzles from day one, or if you want the Vision Encoder and high-temperature AMS bundle included rather than added later. If none of those apply, the standard H2D prints the same parts — talk to us and we will tell you honestly which one fits.
