Buy Bambu Lab P2S Combo in Australia

The Bambu Lab P2S Combo pairs the enclosed P2S printer with an AMS 2 Pro for automatic multi-colour printing, material management and filament drying. It is designed for makers, studios and small businesses that want a modern P-series workflow without buying the material system separately.

Order from 3D BRO for Sydney dispatch and local Australian support. If you prefer a standalone printer, compare the Bambu Lab P2S.

What you get over a P1S Combo

Same 256 mm build volume, same footprint on the bench, and four changes that matter:

  • Hardened steel nozzle as standard — carbon- and glass-fibre reinforced filaments are supported, where the P1S Combo does not recommend them.
  • DynaSense servo extruder with roughly 70% more extrusion force and eddy-current flow sensing.
  • Active chamber airflow — the door stays closed for every material, warm air held in for ABS and ASA, cool air flushed through for PLA.
  • 5-inch colour touchscreen and a 1080p 30 fps AI camera in place of a monochrome LCD and a 0.5 fps chamber camera.

Plus 600 mm/s instead of 500, and a 110°C bed instead of 100°C.

What the AMS 2 Pro adds

Four spools, fed automatically, so multi-colour models run unattended. The built-in drying matters as much as the colour count: PA, PET and PC absorb moisture from the air and print poorly once they have, and a heated AMS keeps them usable between jobs instead of needing a separate dryer.

One thing to plan for: the P2S has a single nozzle, so every colour change purges material into a waste tower. Multi-colour printing costs filament and time in a way it does not on a dual-nozzle machine — worth knowing before designing a twelve-colour model.

Who should choose the P2S Combo

  • Choose the P2S Combo if you want multi-colour printing plus the ability to run fibre-reinforced engineering filaments in a compact enclosed machine.
  • Choose the standalone P2S if you already own a compatible AMS.
  • Choose the official refurbished P1S Combo if budget is the priority and PLA, PETG and ABS cover your work.
  • Choose an H2S Combo if you need a build volume past 256 mm or a genuinely heated chamber.

Frequently asked questions

How many colours can the P2S Combo print?

Four with the included AMS 2 Pro, and more by adding further units. Because the P2S has a single nozzle, each change purges filament, so high colour counts cost material and time.

Can it print carbon fibre filament?

Yes — the hardened steel nozzle is standard and fibre-reinforced grades are supported. Note that abrasive filaments are best run from an external spool rather than repeatedly through the AMS path.

Does the AMS 2 Pro dry filament?

Yes, drying is built in, which is what makes it worthwhile for PA, PET and PC.

Is the chamber heated?

Not actively. Airflow is managed so the door can stay closed for every material, but there is no chamber heating element. For that, look at the H2S Combo.

Do you support the P2S in Australia?

Yes. 3D BRO is a Bambu Lab authorised reseller and an authorised service and repair centre, with technical support and warranty assistance handled locally from Regents Park, Sydney.
