Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Sydney Time) on business days will be dispatched the same day.
Next Business Day Shipping: Orders received after 12:00 PM (Sydney Time) will be dispatched on the following business day.
Weekends and Public Holidays: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150, choosing the most cost-effective service from AUSPOST, StarTrack, or Sendle.
Delivery Estimates: Delivery times will vary based on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Tracking Your Order: A Shipment Confirmation email with your order’s tracking number(s) will be sent out once it’s on its way. The tracking information will be active within 24 hours after dispatch.
