Unfortunately, our server’s hard drive suffered a critical failure, causing the system to shut down. To make matters worse, all backup data was stored on the same server, forcing us to attempt technical recovery. Despite our best efforts over the past week, we were only able to recover data up to June 2024.

• 🚀 Good News: Our backend system was not affected, meaning all customer orders are still accessible in our system.
• 📌 Lost Data: The main impact is on user registrations and some order records after June 2024.

• 📢 Users who registered before June 2024: Please sign up again.
• 🛒 Users with missing orders: No need to worry! While we cannot restore the data in bulk, we can manually retrieve your order details from our backend.
